In April our walkers enjoyed a very pleasant ramble along the Thames from Whitchurch to Goring followed by a pleasant lunch at Pierreponts cafe.

we are all anxiously waiting for the next trek, many thanks to Bob for organising.

Internationally we are facilitating the building of a new primary school in Arayamet, Uganda. The photos below show the existing classroom, the new classroom in block 1 and the work on the new classroom in block 2.

At the end of March we had a very pleasant dinner at Mapledurham Golf club where we learnt about the amazing charity SERV-OBN, which provides out of hours rapid response to NHS hospitals delivering blood, medical supplies & equipmentService by emergency rider volunteers. You can read far more about them on their website here>. Without wanting to influence anyone this charity could be a worthwhile contender for our support at this year's Santa Run in December.
