Beyond the Box 2023

As you may be aware ShelterBox and Rotary have a very special partnership and we would like to invite you and your Club members to attend a free event called ‘Beyond The Box’ at Reading University SU building on Wednesday 25^th October at 6pm to hear a presentation about our responses and learn how our aid has evolved as well as the opportunity to talk to staff and volunteers.

Please do share the attached poster to your social media and personal networks as we would love to open out the invitation to the wider community and increase awareness of our work as much as possible.

As Rotary are key supporters of our work, we would also like to invite you to have a stand at the event to promote Rotary membership and therefore you giving you the chance to speak to attendees too. I am also sending this invitation to other Reading Clubs, so if this is something you would like to do collaboratively, please do let me know.

We may also require some assistance on the evening with directing attendees from the car park to the building etc, so if anyone if free to help, please do let me know.
