The Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences want to share their new online course and article with the Friends of the University of Reading. It explores healthy ageing and it aimed at carers and individuals interested in healthy eating/exercise in later life.
The 2-week online course is free and can be done in your own time, and just launched last month.
